Take Two has notorious shareholder
I don't think Take Two is very happy with this, they haven't reacted to this yet, but their latest shareholder is also their biggest opponent... yes, Jack Thompson, notorious anti-games activist, has bought a load of Take Two shares so he can raise hell at the next shareholders meeting.
He was kind enough to send Take Two's CEO Paul Eibeler, recently elected "America's worst CEO", a letter stating his intentions - and at the same time lashing out at Eibeler:
This is not the first time Thompson uses this tactic, buying stock to gain access to a company. In 1992 he did the same thing to Time Warner, together with actor Charlton Heston.

You, Mr. Eibeler, managed, with your managment "skills," to gin up multiple federal investigations, including the ongoing Federal Trade Commission investigation backed by a Resolution of the US House of Representatives by a vote of 355-21. That came on the heels of Take-Two's payment to the SEC of $8 million for accounting fraud.

In Europe a minority shareholder has a small voice, but in the US the shareholders are much mightier. Then again, if he did indeed do it to Time Warner in 1992 the statistics are against him... I still see a Time Warner around.
