The first images of Rockstar's upcoming game The Warriors have surfaced through some unofficial screens scanned from the GameInformer magazine.
Rockstar symbolises the violent fighting and gang wars that millions of gamers have come to love. The Warriors is a combination of Grand Theft Auto and Manhunt: it focuses on the streetfights of the seventies' New York City. As a rookie, you need to make a name on the streets with brutal fights and dirty tricks.
Based on the 1979 film of the same name, The Warriors has the familiar dynamic universe and the developers are using classics like Streets of Rage for inspiration, which is good. Xbox and PS2 owners can already add it to their christmas wishlist of this year.
