Max Payne 3 to be delayed again?

In its latest financials report, Take 2 has stated that it may delay one of its key upcoming games to its fiscal year 2011 which starts November 1st 2010.

L.A. Noire, Mafia II, Max Payne 3 and Sid Meier's Civilization V are all planned for release in the fourth fiscal quarter; however, the Company's fiscal year 2010 guidance reflects the potential movement of one of these titles into fiscal 2011

All games mentioned (except for Civ V) have already seen several delays. It would be "funny" if Civilization V which was announced only a few weeks ago would arrive before all those other games.
