Team Fortress 2 updates this week!

Valve has announced they'll release another big update for Team Fortress 2 this week.

The class that will be getting a serious overhaul now (read: new achievements, new unlocks) is the Pyro! Expect the update this Thursday (if Valve doesn't delay it multiple times like with the previous Medic update). In order to let everyone enjoy the new treats there will be a free Team Fortress 2 weekend on Steam beginning this Friday (at 7 pm GMT). Two new user-created maps will also be integrated into the same Thursday patch:

The main event of the week is the Pyro Update, which will be made available this Thursday and contains three unlockable new weapons for the Pyro plus 35 new achievements. In addition, two user-created maps are included to highlight the great work being done in the community and distribute those works to all TF2 players.
Coming today is the "Meet the Sniper" video, which can make its way onto the net any minute now.

Its a great game but their coming out with these updates WAYYYY too slowly. As someone whose played the game for over 100 hours theres just not enough to keep the hard core players from getting bored.
