TecmoKoei has a new CEO

TecmoKoei CEO Kenji Matsubara has decided to step down from his chair and leave the company for "personal reasons". He made this statement at a board meeting following the company's latest financial results which were lower than last years.
Stepping us as replacement is Koei founder Kou Shibusawa (aka Yoichi Erikawa) who created the classic war games Nobunaga's Ambition and Romance of the Three Kingdoms and started up Koei together with his wife.
The company's latest results revealed that company revenue was down 27.5% to 11.069 billion yen with losses increased from last year's 349 million yen to 1,097 million yen this year.
The delay of Trinity: Souls of Zill O'll and investments done in upcoming titles like Fist of the North Star: Ken´s Rage were listed as reasons for the less than optimal result.
