that's too much to start with. you want to unlock new powers and things rather than have everything to start with. what makes you carry on with a game if all you get is a message telling you you won before a list of foreign names start scrolling down the screen?

what makes you carry on playing is what should make you carry on playing any game, the fun of playing the game, you saying you'll be able to use all 40 characters to their fullest straight away just because there available straight away or are you saying that when you unlock a character you then just use that character, its a beat em up and beat em ups are about learning a character or characters and getting better and enjoying the game, if your playing a game just to unlock stuff then your playing it for the wrong reason, but there'll be loads to unlock anyway, the characters are uber customisable just as they are in Tekken 5 if you really must have a reward of some sort :)
