Telltale to do Doctor Who after Monkey Island?

One of the UK's top sci-fi series these days is without a doubt the Doctor Who series. It originated decades ago but is still going on stronger, stronger than ever before even with great storylines that attract a large audience thanks to the rather light content.

As such, it seems Telltale Games might be interested in taking the series and turning it into a videogame. An episodic videogame even:

"We do get emails from people asking us to make a Doctor Who series," Connors says. "Maybe if we can get a channel into the UK with Wallace & Gromit we could talk business with the BBC, that would be really good for us."

Well, with Doctor Who always doing a season and then some specials, a videogame in between might not be so bad.
