Recently, publisher Majesco Sales saw his venues decreasing and therefore decided to sell the rights of two of his titles. Who has become the new owner, isn't known. However, we do know they have bought it for the amount of 8 million dollars.

The Darkness is the first title that was sold. At this moment, it's being developed by Starbreeze Studios (the ones that were responsible for the excellent xbox-game The Chronicles of Riddick) and will be available for Xbox360 and PS3 in 2006.

Ghost Rider is the other title. This is a game made by Climax and is linked to a movie with Nicholas Cage. The game is expected in the summer of next year on PS2, Xbox and PSP.
