PC.IGN spoke with Mike Schmitt about Core's upcoming installment on the Tomb Raider series : Tomb Raider Chronicles where he states the following :[BLOCK]Mike Schmitt: There are actually two separate teams at CORE working on the two Tomb Raider projects. The majority of the TR Chronicles team also worked on The Last Revelation. Tomb Raider Chronicles is actually a very important game in the series because it’s the end of the game/technology as we currently know it and it will set the stage for ‘what happens next.’ [/BLOCK]So what will this mean ?
- Is Lara finally going to die and Tomb Raider will return with a new Lead Character ?
- Tomb Raider will return with Lara in the lead, but now as a Real-Time Strategy Game ?
- Core is hyping already before Chronicles is released, and Chronicles' follow-up will be just another Tomb Raider game ?
