Tomb Raider: Legend has entered the building

It looks like Tomb Raider 7 finally is given his name. Tomb Raider: Legend. A nice name, nothing special about it...right ?
You should know it is Core design who made the patent on that name. A softwarecompany making a patent on a nice name, nothing special about it...right ?
As you'll probably remember, there was a little fight between Eidos, the editor, and Core design, the producer. Due to this fact, Crystal Dynamics (who made Soul Reaver) became the producer of Tomb Raider 7. So after the fight with its editor, Core design has decided to make a patent on the game, that they don't produce anymore for this editor. Is this a smart action of Core design? Maybe they already had an agreement about the name of the game, and so Core design quickly made a patent ? More news about this soon.
