Tomb Raider: Underworld officially announced
Posted on Saturday, 15 December 2007 by Anneleen, source: Videogamer
In the (according to Crystal Dynamics) first real next-gen adventure Lara Croft will have to stand her ground once again against the wild.
In the US Play Magazine it can be read that the game will be released in 2008 for PC, Xbox360 and PS3. The story is set after the events of Tomb Raider: Legend and features 'pure woman versus wild' action.
Graphics like footsteps in the mud that are washed away by rain, mud on Lara's knees, no vanishing bodies or caused debris are some examples of the new and improved animations that together with a spectacular light engine should carry us away in Lara's new adventure.

No wonder Eidos pulled the license from them and game them towards Crystal Dynamics, who has a reputation of making decent games :)
I think in the end you just gotta erase your memory and only think about the 2 latest Tomb Raiders, Legend and Anniversary :)
