Tomb Raider gets 10th anniversary edition
You guessed it, Lara has turned 10 this year... (LOL, that sounded quite wrong now didn't it?) Anyways, since the beginning of the Tomb Raider series she hasn't aged a bit. Although not every game in the Tomb Raider adventures was topnotch, since the latest addition "Legends", it seams like Lara's going to make it back to the top-sales-charts in gamesland.
Well, about that anniversary, Eidos and Crystal Dynamics felt like celebrating and thus they decided to start working on a remake of the original Tomb Raider. This new edition will be called (you guessed it again) "Tomb Raider: 10th Anniversary Edition".
People at Eidos and Crystal Dynamics call it a new game that will be enjoyable for all kinds of gamers, from newbie’s to veterans. No doubt we'll be hearing about this one in the future!

In its first decade, Eidos' Tomb Raider franchise became a surprise hit, a system-selling franchise, a pair of big-budget Hollywood movies, an interactive punch line, and a surprise hit once again. The publisher today announced that it will commemorate that run with a 10th Anniversary Edition of the original Tomb Raider for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, and PC.
