Total Immersion patch

Empire Interactive has released a patch for the European version for Total Immersion Racing. This update (v1.2) fixes a problem with force feedback and with engine sound effects. It adds several config variables for suspension, braking, and more. Please note that this patch is for the Euro version only, and will not work with the US release.
