Treyarch is working on a new Bond game
Until very recent EA used to hold the James Bond license and was - as such - the only publisher that released games based on this succesful secret agent. The deal however, was renegotiated and now Activision holds the key to the world of Bond. The only problem is that EA was already developing a game for Casino Royale, the new upcoming Bond film featuring Daniel Craig. What is going to happen with that particular game still remains a mystery.
What we do know is that Treyarch, the people responsable for Call of Duty 3 and the Spiderman games, can call themselves the developers of a Bond game too, as can be seen in an ad:

Gamasutra points out a job listing on Activision's website for a gameplay designer to work at Treyarch on their "upcoming Bond title."
