Tribes: Vengeance is out of updates

Guy Welch of Vivendi/Universal has said on the VU-community boards that the sci-fi shooter Tribes: Vengeance will receive no further updates in the future. Next to that the planned 1.1 patch has been canned too by the publisher.

That must be like six months after the release of the game that this kind of support is cancelled. Hopefully this doesn't say too much about further plans for the Tribes-franchise.
