The people at Bethesda Softworks must be very happy this week. Not only did their RPG, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim become Game of the Year at the Spike VGA 2011, the game also managed to outsell Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 last week in the UK. And that with MW3 only holding the top spot for only four weeks.

Activision must truly be hurting to see Infinity Ward's latest drop to second place so fast. However, they did have some good news regarding the shooter: it managed to make $1 billion in only 16 days, beating even James Cameron's Avatar when it comes to fast-selling.

The third spot in the All Formats Chart goes to Just Dance 3 which jumps up from 4, while FIFA 12 goes from 2 to 5.

The bad news of FIFA 12 gets made up a bit for EA with Battlefield 3 finally ranking up again, jumping from 9 to 6, while Professor Layton and the Spectre's Call remains steady at 7.

Saints Row: The Third isn't doing so well as it drops from 6 to 8, unlike Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception which does a remarkable recovery by jumping back into the Top10 at 9, coming from 16.

Mario Kart 7, finally, ends up at 10, going down from 8.
