UK won't get Wii price cut

Gamesindustry.biz is reporting that instead of a price cut, the UK is getting a new bundle which includes "the new controller peripheral, a nunchuck, the original Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort".
Reason why the UK wouldn't get a lower price point seems to be the Pound which has had quite a beating recently compared to other currency. Guess UK only can blame themselves for not dropping the Pound in exchange for the Euro...
Retailers such as ShopTo.net have begun listing and taking orders for the new bundle, expected to arrive in less than two weeks
Nintendo is still stating that all talk about a price cut and/or a new bundle is only rumours. Meanwhile, everyone expects the console giant to officially announce the price cut at the Tokyo Game Show.In other news:
