Ubisoft Montreal working on four next-gen titles
Ubisoft is doing great the last decennia and has opened a few new big studio's over the last ten years. One of the most important is the eight year old studio in Montreal. They are, as it happens, responsible for the Splinter Cell and Prince of Persia franchises. When the studio was set up, there were only fifty people working there. Nowadays, Ubisoft Montreal's goal is to multiply this number by ten. This shows how good things are going in the company.
If everything is going great, there are, of course, more possibilities in the financial area. They have announced that they're working on no less than four (!) next-gen games. In this number, Splinter Cell 4 is not included, because the Xbox 360 and the PC versions are made by Ubisoft Shanghai.
Recently, some rumours said that the Canadian studio is working on a First Person Shooter for the Nintendo Revolution. At Ubisoft Montreal, they're keeping their lips sealed and according to 1UP we'll have to wait untill next year to get some announcements.
