Ubisoft: our DRM will become better

Nope, they're not learning...

While people are still suffering from issues with the DRM in The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom , a Ubisoft Entertainment spokesperson told Eurogamer that we shouldn't hope for the company to abandon it anytime soon. Instead, they'll just work on getting things better.

"Most forthcoming Ubisoft PC titles will use our online services platform," a spokesperson explained, adding, "As with any online technology, we are constantly working to evolve and improve it."

Companies should realise that there is no such thing as "permanent connection" and not try to use it for offline stuff.
