Ubisofts Splinter Cell for pc goes gold !
In a press release, Ubisoft announced today that Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell for pc has gone gold ! The acclaimed title has already sold very well, but could only be enjoyed by Xbox console owners. Untill february 28th that is, because then the game should be available in all major UK stores.
PARIS- 30th January 2003 – Game fans everywhere will be excited to learn that the hottest title to hit the Xbox™ video game system from Microsoft this holiday season, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell™, has gone gold on PC.
The PC version promises the same action-intensity, stunning visuals and distinct sound effects of the Xbox version. Since the release of the demo online, more than 700,000 downloads of Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell PC have transpired.
