Unreal Tournament 3 possibly not this November

It could very well be that Unreal Tournament 3 misses its expected release in November. Or as Mark Rein stated on the official Epic boards:

We do not know exactly when the game will be completed. All we've said is that we're hoping for a November release but as you know we value getting it right over getting it right now so there's no guarantee of that.

Up until recently, he was confident that a November release was possible; he just didn't know which week it would be. But after today, it looks like he's not that certain anymore.

Time will tell, Mark?

Another sad fact that games come out way to lateon the PS3. I have multi platforms and a high end pc. Many of the purchases i have made are due to the fact that the games come out on ps3 last. i guess i will be getting ut3 on my pc

No, for the most part its always been November 2007.

I'm not really surprised by the delay, especially after a crappy game like UT 2k3. I'd rather them take a few extra months then screw up the franchise again.
