Valve before acquisition

I guess a lot of people's are hearing their worst nightmare become reality already.

Valve's Doug Lombardi said to Gamasutra that if a someone would be interested in buying the company, Valve will be "happy to have that conversation".

Since Valve is working together with EA, you can already guess who might be a possible buyer...

Valve after acquisition?

If anyone is interested in acquiring Valve, VP Doug Lombardi is "happy to have that conversation," he told Gamasutra in a recent interview.

"By the same token, the company's doing pretty well, and we're really happy with what we're doing," he added.

"So we'll see. I mean, anything is possible."

Lombardi also stated that Valve is very happy of their relationship with EA and that they haven't seen anything of the boogeyman EA is supposed to be.
