War of the Ring demo out next week
The final Lord of the Rings movie is only a couple of weeks away, when Vivendi has the honour of unleashing the LOTR madness one final time. Because from next week on, you can expect to see a lot of LOTR franchise, including War of the Ring, a real-time strategy game published by the guys over at Vivendi, who will (according to Blue's) release a single player demo next Tuesday, September 22.
Vivendi Universal Games has announced that it will release a demo for The Lord of the Rings: War of the Ring on September 22 to allow a sampling of their upcoming real-time strategy game based on the J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy. Word is: "The demo will include two single-player missions from the game - "The Siege of the Iron Hills" and the "Pursuit of Gollum." In both missions, players take the side of the forces of light in their attempt to destroy the One Ring."
