Warhammer Online gets trees
At first glimpse you'll probably find this headline to be extremely hilarious but Warhammer Online Ltd. is very serious about this topic. They want to have good-looking trees to create dark and realistic environments and for that they've licensed SpeedTreeRT. Here's the blurb from the press release

Warhammer Online, Ltd., developing a much-anticipated online version of its popular fantasy roleplaying system, has licensed SpeedTreeRT to ensure an outstanding level of realism and efficiency with the game's trees.
"SpeedTree has been fantastic in enabling us to bring the tree-covered wildernesses of the Warhammer World to life in a visually exciting, but cost efficient and effective way," said Robin Dews, General Manager of Warhammer Online, Ltd. "For the first time in a game such as this, thanks to the technology behind SpeedTree, we have been able to recreate deep, dark, dangerous environments, the type that keep this game really authentic to the grim, dark and gritty World of Warhammer."
