Wii NiGHTS will use the weather channel

A couple of days after the official unveiling of a NIGHTS sequel for the Wii it also got known that the game will use the WiiConnect24 service and more in particular the weather service which will affect the in-game weather.

More specific to Wii, however, is incorporating WiiConnect24, where players can exchange "items" with one another and hook into the Forecast Channel. As a result, the in-game scenery changes based on real-life weather conditions.

Really fun if you're living in the desert and have the same burning sun on your head all the time...

It'd be interesting to see if they did extreme weather like tornadoes and hurricanes. That would be entertaining.

This game is going to sell well. Sega will be supported by Nintendo fans to protect its loyalty and friendship. Sega is like a brother to Nintendo because, unlike Sony, they actually used to create their own good games.
