WoW: Paid character customisation!

I need money for my boobjob!
Blizzcon news just keeps popping up and this time it's not something all too great I think.

Videogaming247 spoke with World of Warcraft production boss J Allen Brack who told them that Blizzard is going to implement a character customisation feature for which you'll have to pay seperately:

When asked to expand upon a button found by sifting through the Lich King beta’s data files named “Paid Character Customization,” Brack initially hesitated to give any answer at all. Several questions later, he went back to the matter, saying that he could, in fact, confirm that World of Warcraft would eventually have some form of paid character customization, though they themselves hadn’t yet worked out any details.
So you pay a monthly fee to play the game, and then you have to pay extra to customise your character? Sounds like a rip-off to me, but I guess a lot of hardcore WoW-addicts might actually quite like it.

Its one thing to get haircuts with in game money, its a whole different thing to pay actual money for changing your characters features. This is just stupid.
