It's been quite a while since we heard of World In Conflict: Soviet Assault. But that makes sense, considering the expansion to the well known World in Conflict has had a troubled history so far.

Originally the game was to be developped by Massive Entertainment and to be published by Activision-Vivendi. When Activision-Vivendi then dropped many of its titles during restructuring last fall, the future of the game seemed less than certain. This is when Ubisoft came to the rescue by taking over Massive Entertainment.

Now, after months of silence, Ubisoft let know a World in Conflict: Complete Edition for PC will be on the shelves this March. This pack will contain the original World in Conflict together with this brand news Soviet Assault expansion.

So far nothing more has been said about the status of Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game.
