World of Warcraft gets comic book series
Posted on Tuesday, 24 July 2007 by L0k1-, source: Newsarama.com
Soon you'll be able to have some interesting lecture while you're sitting on the toilet, since DC Comics just announced that they'll be making a comic series based upon World of Warcraft.
The first story will is about a Human that has been captured by an Orc shaman. Ofcourse you won't stay captured very long and you'll be living an epic journey to discover your past.
In the end DC Comics isn't the first to bring the World of Warcraft towards comicbook form. Tokyopop already made a triloy called 'The Sunwell Trilogy' as a manga. The events in those books occured between World of Warcraft and The Burning Crusade.
Is it just me or does the human on the cover looks a bit 'girly'?

"The first storyline of the new ongoing series begins when a human is found unconscious on the shores of Kalimdor, with no memory of who he is or how he arrived there. Enslaved by an orc shaman, the man must fight for survival against members of both the Alliance and the Horde. He strikes uneasy relationships with other races in his quest to find the secrets of his past."
