I've been in the beta for over a month and I can easily tell you this game is not ready for launch. They still have some major bugs/lag issues that make the game literally unplayable. They are not even at the stage of tweaking classes yet.

I honestly don't think we'll see this expansion in November, because its so far from completion and the blizzard motto is to wait until its finished. Though a few of their last few decisions regarding the game seem to be much more profit driven then anything else so I guess we'll have to wait and see.
