Before I begin let me just say that I think both Bioshock and Halo 3 are very good games.

But, you cant possibly compare bioshock and halo 3, bioshock was designed to be an immersive single player FPS. Halo 3 was designed with multiplayer in mind, and the biggest factor to halo's success is the multiplayer, not so much the campaign. So those of you bitching about how bad the halo 3 is because of its campaign and thats its not innovative, think for a second and realize that your looking at a multiplayer FPS. In halo 3 you can have up to 4 people playing together in campaign, that is not possible in bioshock, and if it was part of Bioshock it would probably be a very different game, where aspects of the game were cut back to accommodate the multiplayer. This is the kind of thing most people blindly ignore when they start trashing a game. For example, most people would agree that oblivion has some pretty sweet graphics, but do you really think it would look just as good if the game had been an online multiplayer game instead? I highly doubt it.

Now with that in mind, halo 3 is very innovative in terms of multiplayer on the console, it has an effective match making system, even incorporating user demanded scenario games (zombies) and custom game types, it has the Map Editor, the Saved films features, which automatically records the last 12 games or so and let you watch them from any angle and make your own video clips out of them (which I have to say is alot of fun to play with), and probably a few other things I cant think of right now. But you show me a game that does all this better then halo 3 on the console and then you can trash halo 3 all you want.

Just so you know, I've played halo 3 for about 30-40 hours, beat campaign on legendary, I have tried the 4 player coop campaign and I have played a lot of the multiplayer so I'm not just talking out of my ass.

That said, I've been playing with Orange box for the past week and a half.
