X360 attach rate is best
Gamasutra has calculated the attach rate (owned games/sold console) of the three big consoles and it looks like Microsoft is doing best despite Wii selling most.
In the first 23 months of the next-gen consoles' lifespan, X360 owners had 1.4 first-party titles and 5.2 third-party games, totalling 6.6 games per console. This is slightly higher when compared to the first 23 months of the Wii (2.4 first party, 3.1 third party - total of 5.6) and the PS3 (0.9 first party, 4.4 third party - total of 5.3).
When taking the full lifespan of the X360 into scope - which means adding a full 12 months - Microsoft is doing even better with an attach rate of 8.1 games owned per sold console.
So what can we conclude with this info at hand? To me it seems that Microsoft's Xbox360 is selling more games/console and that it's therefore also probably more used while the chances of a PS3 or Wii catching dust in some closet are bigger.
Also worth noting is that Nintendo's Wii seems to rely heavily on first-party games just as was the case with the Gamecube back in the days.
