X360 price cuts for US in September?

According to a "mole" who previously already told Arstechnica that a 60G version of the Xbox360 was coming, new price cuts for Microsoft's console are on the way. More specifically, we should see them in September already.
Here's the rumoured new pricing scheme:
- Arcade (no hard drive) to $199
- Pro (60GB) to $299
-Elite (120GB) to $399
Furthermore hardware and game bundles for all versions are planned for the fourth quarter which is preparation for the holiday season.- Pro (60GB) to $299
-Elite (120GB) to $399
Last but not least: Forza 2 Platinum Hits alledgedly will have all the DLC tracks that were made for the title.
Of course all of this is still rumours but seeing the mole's reputation it sounds pretty convincing, especially seeing that this would be in line with current European pricing.
