X360 to get Blu-ray after all?

In an interview, Microsoft Studios' Steve Ballmer has confessed that the company will be releasing a Blu-ray accessory for the Xbox 360.

Well I don't know if we need to put Blu-ray in there—you'll be able to get Blu-ray drives as accessories

The Xbox 360 originally had an external HD-DVD drive as additionaly accessory and when HD-DVD lost the battle against Blu-ray, rumours about Microsoft and Sony talking about including Blu-ray in Microsoft's console immediately popped up. Now, 20 months later, it seems we've finally got confirmation.
