XBL discounts "not possible" outside US

Microsoft is having a "Black Friday sale" on Xbox Live games, but it's only for Americans as Major Nelson reports slashing XBL prices outside the US is impossible due to "a lot of issues".
Anyway, here's a list with the reductions:
I gave the feedback about having this available for other regions, but due to a lot of issues it was not possible. :(
The Black Friday Sale allows US users to buy XBL games for 150 to 440 MS Points less than normal, or in other words with up to 37,5% discount. The various reason why such price reductions aren't possible outside the US probably has something to do with Microsoft wanting to make more profit if you ask me...Anyway, here's a list with the reductions:
