It's been clear for quite some time already that Microsoft wants to do more with Xbox Live than just have it as an online service for the Xbox 360 and recently also the PC thanks to Games for Windows.

A recent job opening for a Principal Program Manager gives us more info. The software giants wants that function to "drive the platform and bring Xbox LIVE enabled games to Windows Mobile". More surprising and interesting is the fact that "This person will focus specifically on what makes gaming experiences "LIVE Enabled" through aspects such as avatar integration, social interactions, and multi-screen experiences".

In other words: you'll soon get to play around with your avatar on your mobile. Also the idea of "multiple screens" is interesting as it potentially means games using not only your console but also your mobile. We're thinking about horror games that suddenly make your phone ring or send text messages, or - like the Gamecube and GBA with Zelda - where you could go to work with four handhelds.
