Starcraft 2 beta not until next year

It seems that people looking forward to StarCraft II will have to wait a little longer than expected. Not that that's so unexpected.

StarCraft II producer Chris Sigaty said during the Russian games expo IgroMir that the upcoming beta test has been postponed until 2010. Previously, the beta was set to commence end of this year.

Whether this will affect the release of the game is yet unknown.
