all you have to do is practice each spell over and over again till you reach lvl 100 on each skill you have and even then it only works with major skills so anybody thinking they are lvl 65 or highers just a retard and you have to be pure mage to get even to lvl 50 without trying too hard the only way you could even reach lvl 65 is if you go into prison for 50 years and decrease your skills bigtime then work them back up i hate liers i really do

i cant get past level 45 cos all my major skills are 100.... how the bloody hell did you get to level 68?!?!?!?!
