FIFA 09 gets weekly updates
EA announced Adidas Live Season for FIFA 09, an online service which will alter the attributes of the virtual players depending on their performance from the week before.
Scouts will globally gather data on the Premiership, Ligue 1, La Liga, the Bundesliga, Serie A and the Mexican liga, for PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
You will be able to download a free trial, but the full service will need to be paid for. The exact amount that you will need to pay is currently not known. Without doubt an interesting idea for those die hard soccer fans :)
