Women dominate PC Gaming
Posted on Wednesday, 8 April 2009 by Speed, source: Edge-Online
Media analysis group Nielsen has conducted an investigation into PC Gaming and discovered some remarkable results.
For one, women between 25-54 represent no less than 29% of all PC gamers, compared to only 20% of men in the same age range.
Better even: women above 55 on average spend more time playing PC games than both women and men in the age category listed above.
How did they come up with this? Simple: they installed tracking software on over 184.000 pc's of survey participants and their final conclusion is... the most played PC game is Solitaire!
Yea, it all comes down to what you would call PC Gaming, wouldn't you say?
Final note: the survey only represents American households.

Bingo, solitaire, scrabble...
Also, lets consider these facts:
Which gender is more likely to allow a tracking software on their PC?
Which age group are most likely to allow the tracking, also?
The survey is borked, like all 'tracking' surveys.
