Activision not concerned with MW2 complaints

Mike Griffiths, CEO of Activision, has said that his company isn't overly concerned with all the criticism they're getting with regards of the PC multiplayer part of Modern Warfare 2.

"We're of course watching this very carefully and paying attention to it, but we're not overly concerned about it,"

Activision believes the new direction they're going with multiplayer on PC will give a better overall experience and if dedicated servers won't be supported due to that, then so be it.

"Our solution here improves that overall by a significant margin so we think the benefit that we will see are going to far outweigh the negatives that seem to be surfacing."

fun game but a lot of things make me feel like i wasted $60, mainly in multiplayer. when playing with friends in a "party" we get so many errors connecting to servers its unreal. we usually have to make 2-3 attempts before we all get in the server without problems. Another frustrating thing is if steam is ever offline you cant even play multiplayer...explain that one to me.

well the lack of dedicated servers is a huge minus for sure as well as not having a good anti cheat system allowing alot of hackers to get in. also there is a limit of 18 players. further more i cant even get on right now it get stuck at looking for 7 more players and sits there forever. to be honest its total shit not even close to being worth 60$. its a port from console which apparently is all IW cares about any more.
