UK Charts: FIFA keeps the crown despite zombies lurking around the corner
Last week saw again a number of new games arrive on retail shelves so the UK Charts have undergone another transformation. One thing that remained the same: FIFA 13 keeps the title of best-selling game for the moment.
Capcom’s Resident Evil series may have a huge crowd of loyal followers, but the Brits remain bigger fans of soccer as part 6 in the series enters in second place, making Gearbox’ and 2K Games’ Borderlands 2 drop to third spot, followed by another newcomer; Just Dance 4 from Ubisoft.
Coming from 3, Codemasters’ F1 2012 drops to fifth spot, followed by 2K Sports’ NBA 2K13 which enters new at 6.
Places 7 and 8 don’t change and remain occupied by respectively Rockmith (Ubisoft) and Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (Bethesda). Meanwhile, Konami’s Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 drops from 5 to 9 while the Top10 gets closed off by SquareEnix’ Sleeping Dogs.
The big loser of the week seems to be Blizzard’s latest World of Warcraft expansion. Mists of Pandaria drops from 4 to 20…
