UK Charts: Olympics at an end, no changes regarding medals
Just like last week, the UK Sales Charts are being dominated by both Sega and Warner. No changes have happened in the Top4 so that means London 2012: The Official Videogame still has the top spot, followed by LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, Mario & Sonic: London 2012 Olympic Games and Batman: Arkham City.
Activision’s The Amazing Spider-Man is actually the first game that makes a change as it jumps from 7 to 5 at the expense of Bethesda’s Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim which drops to 6.
Battlefield 3 climbs up a spot and ends up at 7 while the Platinum version of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations drops from 6 to 8.
Meanwhile Deep Silver sees its GOTY edition of Dead Island re-enter the Top10 at 9 (coming from 12) and Ghost Recon: Future Soldier ends up at 10.
With the release of New Super Mario Bros 2 for the 3DS and Sleeping Dogs, as well as with the Olympics coming to an end, we’re expecting some serious shaking up next week. We’ll see.
