UK Sales: Sleeping Dogs takes over the lead again
Bad news for NCSoft and Arenanet as their MMO, Guild Wars 2, hasn’t managed to stay on top of the UK Sales Charts for long. After just one week at the top spot, the game has dropped to sixth place, allowing Square Enix’ and United Front Games’ Sleeping Dogs take over the lead again.
In second place we find a newcomer in the form of EA’s The Sims 3: Supernatural, which is followed closely by Nintendo’s New Super Mario Bros 2 that remains steady at 3.
Also remaining steady are London 2012: The Official Videogame, LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, and Madden NFL 13 which stay respectively at positions 4, 5 and 7.
Deep Silver will be happy to see Dead Island GOTY Edition managed to climb back into the Top10 (returning at 8) while THQ’s Darksiders 2 drops from 6 to 9. The Top10 this week gets closed off by Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, the same place the game had last week.
